Azimuthal refraktion error [diopers] with best fitting standard-IOL, i.e. component of the refraction error perpendicular to the meridians.

Wavefront error [mm] with best-fitting standard-IOL. The RMS-error inside an optical zone of 6mm diameter is 6.39µm.

Wavefront error [mm] with customized IOL. The anterior surface is individually aspheric, fitting to the cornea, the posterior surface is individually toric to compensate astigmatism. The RMS-error inside an optical zone of 6mm diameter is 1.28µm.
